The Texas Resource Stewardship Protocol is a three-pillar framework for responsible large-impact projects in Texas.
Texas can welcome investment, infrastructure and innovation while protecting the shared resources that make communities possible. TRSP gives counties, state leaders, project developers and the public a clearer way to evaluate impacts, document commitments, monitor results and correct problems.
